We all desire love, no exception.
It comes from our human nature to want and to do good.
However, the way we express it varies a lot.
And, consequently, how we experience love in our lives will also vary.
So why don’t we all agree that this is the truth and stop suffering?
Because it’s not just like that.
To love requires desire, decision, choice, willingness.
Yes, all of it and a bit more.
It doesn’t mean it’s going to be difficult or hard. It means we need to become conscious that love is not outside of us. Love doesn’t need to be conquered or rescued and we don’t depend on something outside of us to feel it. We’re pure love but often we don’t let this wonderful energy flow.
Insane, I know.
I believe that many times the limiting factor to experience love is the grandeur of the idea itself. Love is so often described as such an incredible, great and magnificent force that it can actually be difficult to know how to put it into practice. A bit like a teenager in love that doesn’t have the courage to even look to the girl of his dreams, let alone talk to her. The idea of being in the company of this idolized person is just wonderful and, maybe, too good to happen. He doesn’t know where to even start making any type of contact and, even without trying, ends up quitting. However, in truth, there was the chance of it being a beautiful love exchange.
If that’s the case I propose starting with ‘mini love doses’. Yes, mini but equally powerful, genuine and healing. Small gestures like a friendly word, an unexpected act of affection, a silent presence or a simple favour can be a huge expression of love and a huge present for those around you.
But do you want to know what I think is the most beautiful way you can share love? When you’re not even aware you’re doing it. Pure love without any attachment to results flows naturally in your presence. You provide healing without knowing it’s happening and the world gives thanks. Amen!

I feel this is a time of “in breath” for Miracle Choice as we consider how the year is unfolding. There are invitations to England, Ireland and a return planned to Sweden and Brazil. Details of these dates will be posted soon, as well as information about new products.
I like to ask this question from A Course in Miracles: “What is it for?” The question reveals any ego purpose that has slipped in to any planning. I love getting clarity on purpose so that action is inspired from a inner place of alignment. As Catia shares in her video below, the best way to share love, is to be love!
Much love, James, Catia and Juliana
