I find it funny when I hear people say they consider themselves the black sheep of the family.
Have you ever wondered what lies behind this thought?
The image that comes to my mind is that of a flock of white, fluffy, quiet sheep. In the midst of them, a black sheep, restless, who doesn’t fit the group, a true contrast. Who ever felt this way?
Do you feel like a black sheep in your family, at work, in your neighborhood? Do you feel that, no matter how hard you try to be “normal”, you simply can’t?
When I think about this, I come to the conclusion that we are all black sheep, at least potentially.
From an early age, we were all trained to be obedient. We learned early on that life is easier when we try hard to be a “nice” kid, which normally means not to bother the adults. Then, it seems that we find our “place” in the world in this way, making as little noise as possible, and being content with a secondary role in our own life.
We do not realize that our childish understanding told us that we needed to be “nice” to deserve the love of our parents. It was a bargain, an exchange: I behave well and then you love me back. The point is that this infantile thought accompanies many of us to this day. And we even think that we have to be someone special, different from who we are, to be loved by God!
We have many feelings and thoughts that we keep very well locked inside because we believe they are negative. We do not express much of what we think and feel, and in this prison, created by our own mind, it is impossible to be ourselves, it is impossible to express our truth to the world.
Therefore, we, who were originally born to be stars and shine, and radiate our light, end up as a dirty lamp, which shines only part of its luminous potential. When we do this, we make the constellation of the world, of the universe, incomplete, believing that we do not belong, that we have no right to be anything, not even to be ourselves.
If you look carefully, you will find that it is not true that all sheep are white and you are the only black sheep. Each one has a different color and brightness. The constellation of life, of the universe, is only complete when it embraces each one of us. Do your part! Manifest, integrate, laugh, cry, shout, jump, and express all the love and light that you are! You deserve it, I deserve it and the world deserves to know everything that you are hiding within you.

This weekend Catia, Juliana and Claudia are gathering with Miracle Choice Facilitators and Guides for a weekend MasterMind event in Brazil. It has been Catia’s inspiration to have an annual Mastermind event and for some years it was a small gathering and in other years larger. I see from the programme that they will be joining and sharing together as a “family.” I will “be” there by Zoom on Saturday to reveal “The Secrets of the Miracle Choice Game!”
You can join us one day in an English speaking Mastermind by first becoming a Pocket Game Guide.
