What’s self-doubt telling us?
First, that we are disconnected from our completeness, our essence and the perfect being that we are and always will be. And the wonder of living when we remember and accept ourselves.
Second, that we are giving attention and strength to a voice that limits us, frightens us, makes us shrink and paralyses us.
Third, that we can choose to hear the other voice: that of our inner wisdom, of God, of the Universe, of the infinite possibilities, of everything good.
Ready! From then on it’s simple: which voice do you want to follow, with which voice do you want to identify? How do you want to feel about yourself, about the projects you dream about, about what you want most in life?
Weak, frightened, insecure, incapable, demotivated, lost?
Or confident, inspired, light, lively, vibrant, determined, optimistic?
And remember: however strange, difficult or impossible it may seem to believe your greatness, it’s the only truth. Fears are nothing more than the same voice as before: the voice of ego, lies and dis-empowerment. Simply thoughts, phrases passing through your mind. No power or strength at all, unless you give them power.
